What do we do?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

  • 🧙 3-day guided trek

We will set off with Elisa, an Environmental Hiking Guide, for three days around the majestic Pale di San Martino. We will cross larch forests, lunar plateaus and forks suspended on dolomite towers, following panoramic paths that tell stories of shepherds and mountaineers. Each stage will reveal turquoise lakes and vertiginous walls; Elisa will share cultural curiosities and tips for mindful walking. We will walk lightly, breathing in the essence of the Dolomites and letting the rhythm of the step harmonize mind and heart.

  • 🎒 Alpine Masterclass: Flora and Fauna of the Pale

During the trek, we will participate in an outdoor masterclass in which Elisa will introduce us to the biodiversity of the Pale. We will learn to recognize the silene cushions, the edelweiss that dot the gravel and the pioneer plants that colonize the rocks. We will observe the tracks of the chamois, the flight of the golden eagle and the discreet passage of the marmot, understanding the delicate balance that supports this ecosystem. It will be an interactive laboratory that will increase our environmental awareness and respect for the mountains.

  • 🏠 2 nights in a refuge with half board

At the end of each day we will reach iconic refuges nestled between the Dolomite walls. The first night we will be welcomed by the warm wood of the Rifugio Pradidali, where we will enjoy typical dishes under a sky studded with stars. The second night we will rest at the Rifugio Treviso, lulled by the song of the streams and the scent of resin. Breakfast at dawn, genuine dinner and conviviality will give us energy for the journey, transforming the overnight stay into an experience of Alpine authenticity and sharing.

Discover the program.

Day 1

+ 300m | - 650m | 3h30 | 7.5 km

We will meet in San Martino di Castrozza at 10.00, we will say goodbye to the valley with a coffee and check our backpacks together. Then we will take the chairlift to the Pale di San Martino plateau, where the view of the Dolomites will leave us breathless. With a short climb we will touch the small peak above the cable car, so as to embrace with our gaze the entire route of the following days. After an excellent stop at the Rifugio Rosetta, we will begin the crossing towards the Rifugio Pradidali, ready to enjoy the warm Alpine welcome that awaits us.

Day 2

+ 450m | - 1100m | 5h | 9.5km

We will leave the bare rocks of the plateau with a long descent that will lead us to the very green Val Canali. It will be the perfect moment to admire the alpine blooms: rhododendrons, anemones, blueberries, wild orchids and the characteristic yellow poppies that give the name to the valley of yellow meadows, Pradidali. We will reach Malga Canali, an idyllic setting among flowery meadows, cowbells and sharp peaks, ideal for a regenerating break. With a final climb immersed in the woods we will arrive at the Rifugio Treviso, where we will have dinner and spend an evening of conviviality and good mountain food.

Day 3

+ 1300m | - 300m | 6h | 10.5km

We will face the most challenging climb of the adventure: we will go up the vast Coro valley to the Canali Pass, returning to the kingdom of vertical rocks. From here we will cross the entire Pale plateau again, surrounded by lunar panoramas and majestic silences, until we reconquer the Rosetta Refuge. We will toast the finish line with a last beer at high altitude, before descending by chairlift to San Martino di Castrozza, taking with us the memory of three days of trekking, nature and friendship among the most iconic peaks of the Dolomites.
