Ice bath ❄️
Led by Simone, Wim Hof® instructor, the adaptation capabilities that our body has developed to face all natural elements will be enhanced. It is therefore a question of reconnecting with ourselves, with others and with nature, not by fleeing from stress, but by learning to accept and manage it.

Yoga 🧘🏽♀️
Anna will lead in two yoga sessions surrounded by nature. In the morning to prepare for the ice bath experience and in the afternoon to become aware of what we have experienced and shared. This moment of tranquility and relaxation will allow us to reconnect with the surrounding nature, enjoying the beauty of the landscape..

Malga Ra Stua will host us for this day and with Alessio, a young refugee, we will have the opportunity to taste the relationship between local cuisine and conscious nutrition.
