We will stop for a delicious lunch in the refuge, reaching the Città di Carpi refuge. Here we will meet Rodolfo - refugee, who will make us taste typical products: in a unique lunch.
🎒 Masterclass: from A to Z in the mountains
Massimiliano will explain to us how to best tackle an activity in the mountains from the point of view of nutrition, hydration, organization of the backpack and safety. A manual from A to Z for moving in Nature with pleasure.
