Guided experience between Nutrition and Psychology
We'll experience a day of slow and mindful walking, guided by Anna, a nutritionist, and Giulia Virginia, a psychologist, combining steps, words, and listening. We'll begin as a small group, sharing expectations and immediately creating a safe and welcoming space. Throughout the journey, we'll alternate walking with breaks for discussion, where we'll explore myths, gradual change, and personal motivation. Nature will become our container: the forest, the trails, and the open air will foster reflection, connection, and openness, guiding us through an experience of authentic growth.

Shared lunch at Malga Stramaiolo
We'll reach Malga Stramaiolo, walking through pastures and woods, guided by the sounds of the mountains and the scent of the grass. Here, we'll share a simple and wholesome lunch, seated around a table that encourages conviviality and sharing. Food will become an opportunity for presence and connection, not just nourishment. After lunch, we'll indulge in a moment of guided meditation, to listen to our bodies, integrate our emotions, and savor the silence, before continuing our journey with a softer and more mindful outlook.

Masterclass on Body and Mind: Nutrition, Psychology, and Healthy Habits
During the day, we'll participate in an immersive masterclass dedicated to changing habits, where nutrition and psychology will interact in a concrete and accessible way. We'll address the topics of motivation, sustainable change, and daily self-care through interactive sessions, practical examples, and open discussion. The natural setting will enhance our learning: walking, stopping, breathing, and reflecting will help us transform concepts into lived experience, bringing home useful tools and a renewed awareness of body and mind.
