What is done?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

  • 2-day traveling photography workshop

We'll spend two days immersed in the changing light of the Dolomites, following Simone on a traveling workshop through snow-covered forests, silent ridges, and panoramas tinged with pink at dawn. We'll learn to read the landscape like a true nature photographer: we'll work on composition, light, timing, and atmosphere, alternating theory and field practice. At dawn and dusk, we'll seek the perfect conditions to capture authentic emotions, sharpening our gaze and transforming every step into a creative opportunity.

  • Contact and search for wild animals: Chamois edition

We'll tiptoe through fresh snow, deep silence, and woods where every trail tells a story. With the support of an expert, we'll learn to recognize signs of the Alpine chamois' presence, behavior, and habitat, seeking a respectful and mindful encounter. We'll observe the wildlife from afar, letting nature dictate the pace: the flight of the eagle, the quick pace of the chamois, the call of an owl. It will be a slow and attentive immersion, capable of broadening our sensitivity and perspective.

  • 1 night in a hotel with breakfast and packed lunches

After an intense day of photography and nature, we'll relax in a welcoming hotel at the foot of the Dolomites. Here, we'll be able to review our shots together, share our emotions, and prepare for the next morning. Breakfast will fuel us for a new photographic dawn, while packed lunches will accompany us along the entire route, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature without interrupting the rhythm of the experience. A comfortable refuge that will bridge the gap between technique, exploration, and Alpine tranquility.

Discover the program.

Day 1

We'll begin our adventure in the heart of the Ampezzo Dolomites Natural Park, meeting at dawn, when the purest light paints the peaks pink. We'll enjoy our first photo session as the day breaks, learning to capture silhouettes, contrasts, and rarefied atmospheres. We'll continue with a search for Alpine chamois, tiptoeing through the snow, accompanied by an expert who will help us read the animals' tracks, movements, and behavior.

After a picnic lunch, we'll continue toward sunset, when the landscape warms with golden and red hues: the perfect moment for intense, evocative shots. We'll conclude the day with an overnight stay at a hotel and an initial review of the shots, transforming emotions and notes into new technical insights.

Day 2

We'll wake up early for another photo session at dawn, when the mountain is still shrouded in silence. After breakfast, we'll set out to spot game, hoping to encounter not only chamois, but also other forest dwellers: golden eagles, pygmy owls, green woodpeckers, and other species that inhabit these snowy heights.

After a picnic lunch, we'll return for a post-production session: we'll analyze the shots, work on lighting and composition, and receive practical tips to take our nature photography to the next level. This will conclude two intense days, filled with nature, technique, and a genuine connection with the Alpine environment.
