What do we do?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

  • 🧘🏽‍♀️ 3 days yoga retreat

    We will immerse ourselves in a weekend of pure harmony, dedicated to the well-being of body and mind. Four yoga sessions, led by Salomé - yoga teacher, will accompany us through regenerating practices, deep breathing and moments of awareness. Between fluid movements and meditative silences, we will rediscover our inner balance, letting ourselves be enveloped by the energy of the surrounding nature. Each breath will be a step towards a more authentic connection with ourselves, in an atmosphere of peace and serenity

  • 🏠 3 days in Nature on the farm

    During our stay, we will indulge in the luxury of a Nature experience in a carefully selected farm. Meals will be a journey through authentic flavors, with fresh and seasonal ingredients, prepared with care and passion. Each day will begin with a regenerating breakfast and end with a delicious dinner, designed to nourish body and spirit. The comfort of the structure and the warm hospitality will make this retreat an experience of total relaxation and well-being.

  • 🌱 Reconnecting with the earth

    We will walk along paths immersed in silence, listening to the rustling of the wind in the trees and the light sound of our footsteps. Alternating excursions and yoga practices in the open air, we will get in tune with the breath of the earth. We will feel the warmth of the sun on our skin, the freshness of the grass under our feet and the pulsating energy of nature. It will be a journey of reconnection, an opportunity to slow down and rediscover the beauty of being present, here and now.

Day 1

Welcome to our Yoga Retreat! We will meet in the late afternoon, leaving behind the daily frenzy to immerse you in an atmosphere of quiet and harmony. Time will slow down as the sun lowers on the horizon, accompanying you in the first moment of sharing: an initial circle, in which we will connect with the group and with the intent of this experience.
We will have some time for ourselves toasting with a welcome aperitif, savoring authentic and carefully selected flavors. Dinner will be a journey through local products, carefully chosen to nourish body and soul. To close the day, a yoga flow practice that will help you release tension, preparing your mind and body for the experience that awaits us.

Day 2

We will wake up to the scent of a regenerating breakfast, designed to give us the right energy for the day. The first yoga flow of the morning will guide us in a gentle and conscious awakening, aligning body and breath with the rhythm of nature. Then we will set off on an immersive hike, walking along silent paths and breathtaking views. Every step will be an invitation to slow down, to listen to our breath and to leave room for wonder. Halfway through, a packed lunch will let us savor the genuine flavors of the mountains, before continuing our journey with renewed energy. Upon returning, a yoga flow practice will await us that will release all tension, preparing the body for dinner. The evening will end under a starry sky, in front of the warmth of a bonfire. It will be a moment of authentic sharing, between stories, silences and the magic of the fire dancing in the night.

Day 3

We will start the last day together with a convivial brunch, an opportunity to savor the present moment and share the emotions experienced. The last yoga flow session will be an inner journey, a way to imprint the benefits of this experience in your body and mind. Finally, there will be a closing circle with meditation and reflection on the intentions that you will bring with you when you return. It will be time to say goodbye to the group and the nature that welcomed you, with a lighter heart and a clearer mind.

Yoga mat and brick are provided by the teacher for practice during the 3 days.

Hi, I'm Salomé and I'll be your yoga teacher 🧘🏽‍♀️
Since 2019, I have been passionately sharing yoga classes, workshops and retreats.

With "Salomé Shanti Yoga" my goal is to inspire a sense of peace and connection, promoting joy through movement, awareness and deep relaxation.

I look forward to seeing you soon for an authentic experience in Nature - together we will create space for balance and serenity 🙏
