What is done?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

  • 🧙 6-day trekking to the Anello Zoldano

We will set off to discover the Val di Zoldo, walking for six days in a large ring that embraces Pelmo, Civetta, Moiazza and Bosconero. We will cross thick fir forests, fragrant pastures and rocky forks that offer dizzying views of the UNESCO Dolomites. Elisa - Environmental Hiking Guide, will tell us legends, mining stories and war stories, while the rhythm of the pace will lead us towards fiery sunsets and silent dawns. It will be a total immersion in the wilderness, where we will listen to our breathing merge with the rustling of the wind among the peaks.

  • 🎒 Alpine Masterclass: From A to Z of Trekking

During the stages, Elisa will hold practical sessions on how to plan a self-guided trek: choosing the itinerary, reading maps and GPX tracks, managing the weather, backpack and water supplies. We will learn to recognize the signs of the sky and the ground to move safely. At the same time, we will get closer to the Dolomite biodiversity: we will observe rhododendrons, edelweiss and high-altitude mosses; we will spot marmots, chamois and the flight of the golden eagle, understanding the fragile balance that supports this extraordinary ecosystem.

  • 🏠 5 nights in a refuge with half board and packed lunch

Every evening we will reach a different refuge, nestled between dolomite walls and starry skies. We will be welcomed by the scent of polenta and local cheeses, with hot dinners shared in a wooden atmosphere and soft chatter. We will sleep in basic but welcoming rooms, lulled by the silence of the high altitude. At dawn, an energizing breakfast and a packed lunch prepared by the refuge keepers will provide us with energy for the next stage. Between conviviality, regenerating rest and infinite views we will cultivate a deep bond with the simple life of the mountains.

Discover the program.

Day 1

Spitz

+ 1200m | - 400m | 12km | 6.30am

We will start from Forno di Zoldo and enter the thick woods of the Zoldo Dolomites, immediately breathing in the scent of resin and freedom. The path will initially flow gently up to the panoramic casera, then it will become steeper and will lead us behind the Spiz up to Forcella Belvedere. From up here we will embrace with our gaze the entire valley, the imposing Civetta and the majestic Pelmo, anticipating the stages to come. A short descent will take us to the warm embrace of the Rifugio Sora el Sass, where we will let ourselves be conquered by the typical Zoldan dishes and the starry silence of the night.

Day 2

Saint Sebastian

+ 800m | - 700m | 15km | 6h30

After dawn, we will descend towards Val Pramper, lulled by the song of the water and the intense green of the meadows. A stretch of dirt road will allow us to stretch our legs before the steep climb to the panoramic hill: from here we will find the Spiz behind us and we will glimpse, at the bottom of the valley, the villages - some now silent - that tell the tenacious story of the mountain people. We will continue through enchanted woods, mountain pines and scree at the foot of San Sebastiano, until we reach Passo Duran. There we will enjoy a well-deserved rest, surrounded by the scent of pine trees and the authentic taste of Dolomite hospitality.

Day 3

Owl

+ 1000m | - 500m | 13km | 7h

With our muscles now well-oiled, we will tackle the queen stage, the most challenging and spectacular. We will go around Mount Civetta, immersing ourselves in an environment of rocks and gravels with boundless views: to the east, Antelao and Pelmo will appear, above us the vertical walls of Civetta will rise, while at our feet the delicate high-altitude flowers will bloom. We will end the day at the Coldai Refuge and, before dinner, we will extend the walk by a few minutes to reach Lake Coldai, where the north face of Civetta will be reflected in the emerald waters, giving us a postcard sunset.

Day 4

Pelmo

+ 500m | - 700m | 13km | 5h

After the magic of the night, we will descend to Passo Staulanza and take the path that goes around Mount Pelmo. Today the perspective will be reversed: we will walk at the foot of the “Caregòn de 'l Padreterno” and observe the Civetta in the distance. With gentle ups and downs we will reach the scree where we can admire the famous dinosaur footprints, a unique geological treasure in the Dolomites. We will end at the Rifugio Venezia, a privileged balcony overlooking Antelao, Sorapiss and Cristallo, ready to enjoy a tasty dinner and listen to alpine legends under a sky studded with stars.

Day 5

Rite

+ 700m | - 500m | 15 km | 5h30

We will descend through scented woods and meadows dotted with flowers to then climb the panoramic ridge of Monte Rite. From the summit a 360° view of the Dolomites will explode; here we will visit the famous Messner Mountain Museum “Dolomites”, suspended among the clouds and dedicated to high-altitude mountaineering. After having filled our eyes and hearts with beauty, we will descend towards the Cibiana Pass, where we will spend the last evening in company, between mountain flavors and shared stories.

Day 6

Black Forest

+ 500m | - 1200m | 13 km | 5h30

We will tackle the last climb with a firm step up to the panoramic fork, then we will begin the long descent towards the valley. The path will lead us through beech and fir forests, until we reach the state road and return to the starting point. But our adventure will not end here: we will celebrate the journey with the famous Zoldo ice cream, toasting the strength of the group and the emotions carved between these timeless peaks.
