What is done?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

Day 1

+ 1100m | - 400m | 6h | 14km

We will meet in Palafavera, in the large car park in front of the campsite, at 8.
We will start with a good breakfast in a bar, in the meantime we will have a chat about the trek and make sure we have everything. Let's put on our boots and off we go! The first stretch will be a bit crowded, many people follow this path up to the Coldai refuge. Once we reach the refuge we will break away from the crowd of tourists to face the most difficult part of the trek: the Tivan path. A few ropes make progression easier, even if the overhang is a bit scary! We will go around the Zoldo side of the Civetta, to enter the steep Van de le Sasse. From the fork the view opens magnificently onto a valley of rock and flowers, where marmots play. Here, in the kingdom of eagles, we will spend the night among the crags.

Day 2

The day begins with a very steep descent to the base of Val Civetta. Here we start climbing again, in front of the large part, up to the Tissi refuge, overlooking the precipice above Lake Alleghe. We will then reach the beautiful Coldai lake, and return to the refuge from which we started the day before, and then descend again to Palafavera.
We will end the day tasting the famous Zoldano ice cream!

Difficulty

Intermediate

Trekking reserved for expert hikers, without vertigo, accustomed to long
walks and exposed sections. Both days we will face a difference in altitude of 1000 metres, we will have to face some exposed sections, sometimes equipped and sometimes not.
