What is done?

Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

Discover the program.

Day 1

+ 1100m | - 200m | 5h30 | 14km

Ready for this great adventure! We will meet at 9.00 in Taibon Agordino, at the Giornale e Caffè bar, where we can have a chat and drink a coffee before departure. Another 10 minute drive and we will arrive at the starting point of our trek. We will do a quick backpack check, to see if anything is missing, but above all to lighten any backpack over 13 kg! Backpacks on our shoulders and we will begin the climb, initially gentle and then gradually steeper. Despite the 1000 meters of altitude difference to be tackled immediately, we will take all the time necessary to climb calmly, enjoying walking in the beech forest and having a chat. The second part of the day will be among aerial ridges, exceptional views and large crocus blooms! Towards the evening we will stop in a beautiful panoramic meadow for the night.

Day 2

+ 1000m | - 600m | 7h | 16km

Here we enter the wildest part of the route. We will often walk on coastal paths, which cut across the mountain on a slight slope, often narrow and exposed, with landslides in certain places. At times the path will disappear, only a few faded paint marks will remain to look for and follow. Finally we will arrive at the famous Bedin bivouac, the only frequented place in the Pale di San Lucano. Here the view is magnificent, from the Marmolada to the Civetta and the Agner. We will spend the night in an idyllic high altitude meadow, a little away from the bivouac, which is often very crowded.

Day 3

+ 400m | - 1700m | 6h | 15km

Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise in a place like this is a privilege reserved for few. We will take all the time to admire the beauty that surrounds us, and fill up on it before returning. This stage will be mostly downhill, testing your feet and knees. But it will still give us magnificent views and evanescent paths. Finally we will return to the cars, and before saying goodbye we will go and drink a well-deserved beer all together!
