Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

🧘🏽♀️🌲🦶🏻 Yoga, meditation and Kneipp path
We will start the day with Morning Yoga with Serena and Adima, awakening body and mind with Hatha yoga. We will continue with Dolomitic Suiseki, a meditative experience with Emiliano that combines well-being and Dolomite landscapes. We will conclude with the Kneipp Path and Foot Reflexology with Adima and Serena, toning the circulation with foot hydrotherapy and rebalancing psychophysical health with foot self-massage. A morning dedicated to complete well-being, from meditation to deep contact with nature.

🍝 Lunch in the Casera
We will have a delicious lunch in the Casera, reaching the small Casera of Malga Peziè de Parù. Here Fabiano - refugeist, will make us taste typical products: in a unique vegetarian themed lunch.

🔔🎨🎒 Art, yoga and sound healing
We will discover creativity with Lilly's Art Workshop, where art therapy will allow us to express ourselves beyond words and to learn about our resources through colors and materials. We will continue with Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing, combining yoga, meditation and sound therapy to harmonize internal vibrations with the external world. This practice will guide us on a journey of self-discovery and deep healing, going beyond conventional yoga practices. A day dedicated to creativity and total well-being.
