Rejuvenate your body and mind with a four-day retreat in the Uri Alps, led by Melanie and Chris. Each day begins with sunrise yoga and concludes with relaxing sessions at sunset, immersed in the silence of the mountains and the breath of pristine nature.
We'll stay at the Cortinella – Alpine Hideaway, at 1300 m above sea level, between scenic hikes, relaxing moments in the Hotpot, and authentic meals prepared with local ingredients.

What is done?
Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

4-day yoga retreat with Melanie and Chris
We'll spend four days immersed in the slow rhythm of the mountains, guided by Melanie and Chris on a journey of yoga and mindfulness. Every morning, we'll wake up with regenerating practices at sunrise, and at sunset, we'll indulge in relaxing sessions, breathing in the pure Alpine air. We'll work on our body and mind, accompanying each pose with the sound of the wind and the scent of the forest. It will be an opportunity to rediscover energy, center ourselves, and deeply connect with ourselves and nature.

4 days at Cortinella in the Uri Alps
At 1,300 meters above sea level, Cortinella – Alpine Hideaway will be our home among the alpine meadows and snow-capped peaks of the Uri Alps. Each day will be a blend of scenic hikes, relaxing moments in the outdoor hotpot, and authentic meals cooked with local ingredients. We'll explore alpine lakes, quiet forests, and trails offering breathtaking views. In an intimate and welcoming group, we'll experience a stay where comfort blends with authenticity, immersing ourselves in the warmth and magic of the mountains.

Reconnecting with the earth
We'll experience the mountains with all our senses: we'll touch the damp moss on tree trunks, pick blueberries and mushrooms, listen to the birdsong and the rustling of fir trees in the wind. We'll walk barefoot on the grass, breathing deeply in the crystal-clear air, and discover how small daily gestures can nourish our connection with nature. We'll share reflections and experiences to learn to move in harmony with the environment, bringing home a deeper awareness and respect for the land that hosts us.

Day 1
From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we'll meet for individual arrival, greeted by the warmth of hospitality and the scent of the mountains.
Anyone who wishes can join a gentle yoga session (optional) at 5:00 pm to begin letting go of travel tension and connect with our breath.
At 7:00 pm we'll sit down together for dinner, enjoying authentic dishes and unhurried conversation.
After dinner, at 9:00 PM, we will immerse ourselves in a short optional meditation, to end the day with serenity.
Day 2
We'll start the day at 7:30 am with a regenerating yoga practice, which will lead us gently towards a slow and nourishing breakfast at 9:00 am.
We will have free time to explore, rest or simply enjoy the silence.
At 5:00 PM we'll be back on the mat for another yoga session, followed by a convivial dinner at 7:00 PM.
At 9:00 PM, those who wish can conclude the day with an optional meditation under the starry sky.
Day 3
Today, too, at 7:30 a.m., we will greet the new day with our yoga ritual, allowing the body to open and the mind to clear.
After a 9:00 breakfast, we'll enjoy some free time to walk, breathe in nature, or simply listen to the wind.
In the afternoon, at 5:00 PM, we will meet again for the evening yoga practice, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM and an optional meditation at 9:00 PM, to conclude in harmony.
Day 4
The final day will once again begin with yoga at 7:30 am, followed by a slow breakfast at 9:00 am, to savor these last moments together.
At 11:00 we will say goodbye, taking with us the breath, peace, and connection we have cultivated over the past few days.

Necessary equipment
A yoga mat and brick are provided by the teacher for practice during the 4 days.
