What is done?
Each experience is designed to reconnect with nature and make new friends. Here's what we'll do in this one:

🧘🏽♀️ Yoga Classes: 4 Guided Sessions
We will immerse ourselves in an inner journey through four yoga sessions, where breath and movement will merge in a harmonious flow. Whether we are beginners or experienced practitioners, each class will be an opportunity to listen to our body, release tension and reconnect with ourselves. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, we will practice regenerating poses and deep breathing techniques, letting nature and silence amplify our well-being.

🛀🏻 Relax and wellness: SPA Hotel
After a day outdoors, we will indulge in moments of pure relaxation in the hotel's SPA. The heat of the sauna, the enveloping steam of the Turkish bath and the gentle flow of water in the pools will awaken our senses and melt away all tension. We will let nature embrace us here too, through the large windows that frame the landscape, while we completely regenerate ourselves. An experience of total well-being, where body and mind will find their balance.

🍝 Typical stay: half board and cuisine for the right balance
Every meal will be a journey through authentic flavors and genuine ingredients, chosen to nourish the body and delight the palate. Half board will offer us a wide choice of vegan, vegetarian and meat-based dishes, all prepared with attention to balance and quality. We will taste local dishes and light recipes, perfect to accompany our days of activity and relaxation. A gastronomic experience that celebrates nature and well-being, making every moment at the table an opportunity for conscious pleasure.

Day 1
We will meet again and start this experience with an initial circle, to immediately get into the right mood. A first yoga session will follow, which will help us let go of tension and connect with the present moment. The afternoon will be dedicated to relaxation: SPA, nature and free time to recharge our batteries. We will end the day with a typical dinner and a moment of sharing.
Day 2
We will start the day with a morning yoga session, to awaken the body and mind. After a typical lunch, we will continue our inner journey with a second practice in the afternoon, letting ourselves be guided by breath and movement. Free time to relax in the SPA and in nature, before closing the day with a new typical dinner, immersed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Day 3
After a hearty breakfast, we will dedicate ourselves to the final yoga session, a moment to consolidate everything we have experienced. We will conclude with a final circle, to share experiences and feelings before saying goodbye. We will leave with a full heart and a light mind, taking with us the well-being of these days.

Experience for all levels of difficulty. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced yogi, this experience is suitable for everyone and anyone who wants to live an authentic experience with time in a natural context and connection with themselves through a weekend yoga practice.

Hi, I'm Salomé and I'll be your yoga teacher 🧘🏽♀️
Since 2019, I have been passionately sharing yoga classes, workshops and retreats.
With "Salomé Shanti Yoga" my goal is to inspire a sense of peace and connection, promoting joy through movement, awareness and deep relaxation.
I look forward to seeing you soon for an authentic experience in Nature - together we will create space for balance and serenity 🙏
