Long circular hike along the Lipella via ferrata and the normal route. Excellent training is required due to the length, altitude difference and technical difficulty of the route.

🏔 Curiosities of the place

The Tofane are perhaps the most majestic massif of all the mountains overlooking the Ampezzo valley. They have 3 main peaks above 3000m: Tofana di Rozes (3,224 m), di Mezzo (3,244 m) and di Dentro (3,238 m).

🎯 Practical advice

Via ferrata kit required, via ferrata Lipella (about 2h45) with final vertical and physical part.
It is also possible to follow the itinerary only along the normal route (Rif. Dibona - Rif. Giussani) thus avoiding the equipped section.
